Yet, far too many individuals—especially low-income families, seniors, and marginalized communities—remain on the wrong side of the digital divide.

Who We Are
H3LPRS is a nonprofit organization focused on providing digital literacy education, access to technology, and technical support to those who need it most. Whether it’s teaching someone how to send their first email, helping a family connect to affordable internet, or troubleshooting a device so a grandparent can video chat with loved ones—we’re here, one person at a time.
Our name, H3LPRS, reflects our core values: Helping People, Providing Resources, and Strengthening communities.
Why It Matters
