H3LPRS is a 501(c)(3) public charity under section 509(a)(2) committed to closing the digital divide by making technology, education, and support accessible to everyone. We provide digital literacy training, access to devices and internet, and ongoing technical support for underserved communities—including low-income households, seniors, and individuals with limited digital experience.

Through outreach, partnerships, and community-based programs, H3LPRS ensures that every person has the tools, knowledge, and confidence to participate fully in today’s digital society.
