H3LPRS exists to provide free or low-cost technology access, technical support, and digital literacy training to underserved communities. What We Do

We provide refurbished computers, laptops, tablets, and affordable internet solutions to individuals and families in need. By repurposing donated devices, we reduce waste while expanding access.

2. Technical Support

Technology is only useful if it works. We offer free troubleshooting, repair services, software installation, and guidance on cybersecurity to help people use their devices confidently and safely.

3. Digital Literacy Training

From basic computer skills to job readiness programs, we provide beginner-friendly training that empowers people to navigate the digital world, access essential services, and unlock new opportunities.
