Our Programs
H3LPRS offers three core programs that work together to empower communities:
- Digital Literacy Training – Teaching essential skills such as internet navigation, online safety, email, video calling, and accessing online healthcare, education, and employment resources.
- Access to Devices & Internet – Distributing refurbished computers, tablets, and smartphones, and working with partners to expand affordable internet access.
- Technical Support Services – Providing personalized assistance to troubleshoot devices, avoid scams, and build digital confidence through ongoing help.

Our Story
H3LPRS was incorporated in Wyoming on June 1, 2025 as a nonprofit public benefit corporation and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity under section 509(a)(2). The organization was founded on the belief that technology should be accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford it.
Founder Taylor Ripley-Groce brings over two decades of technology expertise, community engagement, and nonprofit leadership experience. Through H3LPRS, Taylor channels this background into programs that directly improve the lives of people facing barriers to digital inclusion.
