H3LPRS is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity under section 509(a)(2) dedicated to advancing digital equity for underserved populations. Incorporated in Wyoming in 2025, H3LPRS was founded by technology consultant Taylor Sebastian Ripley-Groce to address the persistent digital divide that limits access to opportunity for low-income households, seniors, and individuals with limited digital skills. Our work focuses on eliminating barriers to technology access through three integrated program areas: * Digital Literacy Training – Workshops, small-group classes, and one-on-one coaching that teach essential skills such as internet navigation, online safety, email, video calling, and using online platforms for education, employment, and healthcare. Training is tailored to seniors and first-time users to build confidence and independence. * Access to Devices & Internet – Providing refurbished laptops, tablets, and smartphones to individuals who cannot otherwise afford them, pre-loaded with security tools and easy-to-follow instructions. We also work with community partners and internet service providers to connect households to affordable broadband programs. * Technical Support Services – Delivering personalized and ongoing assistance by phone and in person to help participants troubleshoot devices, avoid scams, and maintain long-term digital engagement. By combining access, education, and support into a single model, H3LPRS empowers individuals to overcome digital exclusion and engage fully with modern society. Our programs strengthen community resilience by enabling participants to access telehealth services, apply for jobs, pursue online learning, connect with family, and access vital public resources. H3LPRS is headquartered in Pascagoula, Mississippi, with registration in Sheridan, Wyoming. The organization is in good standing with the Wyoming Secretary of State and maintains compliance with IRS requirements for public charities. Our guiding vision is a digitally inclusive society where access to technology and information is equitable, sustainable, and universal. Through partnerships with libraries, senior centers, housing authorities, and other nonprofits, H3LPRS embeds services directly into trusted community spaces and scales impact across regions.
